NEET PG 2023 application correction window opens, make changes till Feb 3
NEET PG application edit window to remain open until 3rd February 2023 starting today (30th January 2023). The exams are scheduled for 5th March 2023.
The candidates can edit the details and fill in the application form at https://www.natboard.edu.in/. The edit facility is available only for candidates who have successfully registered. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) opened the application window on 8th January 2023. The images can be rectified from 14th February 2023 till 17th February 2023.

NMC issues guidelines for activation of face-enabled AEBAS machine at all medical colleges
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued guidelines for activating the Face Enabled Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) Machine.
Medical Dialogues team earlier reported that NMC had directed all medical colleges to take steps to implement Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS), Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), and connection of CCTVs feed to the Command and Control Centre at NMC.

Central government nod to 606 PG medical seats in West Bengal
In a major boost to the postgraduate medical education in West Bengal, the Central Government has given its permission for around 606 PG medical seats in the State.
The Central Government nod for new PG medical seats has come for the new medical colleges including Diamond Harbour Medical College, Rampurhat Medical College, Deben Mahato Government Medical College, Raigunj Medical College and Cooch Behar Medical College.

Viral video shows COVID going to be “Cash Cow” for Pfizer, Pharma giant issues response
Brewing controversy, a video featuring an allegedly Pfizer executive claiming about how his company was exploring purposely mutating COVID strains to profit from future mRNA vaccines is doing rounds on the internet.
In the video, Jordon Trishton Walker, described as Pfizer Director of Research and Development, Strategic Operations and mRNA Scientific Planning, claims that his company is exploring a way to “mutate” COVID via “Directed Evolution” to preempt the development of future vaccines. The man told a Project Veritas journalist about Pfizer’s plan for COVID vaccines, while acknowledging that people would not like this information if it went public.
